How I Went From Busy to Balanced
From a high-powered corporate career to motherhood and entrepreneurship, I've experienced the challenges of a demanding lifestyle firsthand.
I know how it feels to have to choose between getting everything ticked off your to-do list or looking after your well-being. Like you, having to make that choice meant that most of the time, my health suffered.
My struggles with anxiety, gut issues, weight gain, and fertility problems were all signs that chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation were at the root of my health challenges. Conventional treatments didn’t address these underlying causes, which led me on a path toward holistic healing.
This transformation fuels my dedication to helping people like you find balanced health through group programs, online teachings, and practical resources like my recipe books. I focus on teaching the powerful mind-body connection and how chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation contribute to most physical and mental health issues.
